With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jeff is known for his deep market knowledge, strategic insights, professionalism and trust, and commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients. His expertise spans residential and commercial real estate, with a strong reputation for developing strategies that maximize value and drive success.
Prior to starting JETKO, Jeff served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Administration at Eagle Construction of VA, LLC, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s operations and administrative functions. His leadership at Eagle Construction helped the company grow and expand its presence in the Virginia market, further sharpening his expertise in real estate development and operations. Following his time at Eagle Construction, Jeff went on to serve as President of Towne & Country Real Estate, where he further honed his expertise in real estate management and development.
With an extensive real estate background and strong industry connections, Jeff holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems from the University of Richmond, and a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Old Dominion University. This well-rounded education supports his strategic mindset and deep understanding of both the analytical and relational sides of the real estate business.
